Wescorp is a corporate credit union which provides loans and services to 1600 consumer credit unions. In order to differentiate themselves from their competition, Wescorp developed the Member Center to more effectively manage and market their online services.
The Challenge:
Wescorp's technical environment consisted of multiple layers of security infrastructure, which due to the complexity, was an area of concern from an end user performance standpoint. In addition, the application server was locking up under peak loads and stability needed to be restored.
The Solution:
After planning out the engagement and defining performance requirements and test cases, the Coban team led a series of tests to assess overall site rollout readiness. The tests included concurrent user load simulation, platform testing & tuning, and scalability & stability testing.
